Troubleshooting:

• Error 5200: printhead temperature rise error

Power off the printer.
Wait 5 minutes and power on.
If the error persist, the printhead must be replaced.

• Error 6500: hardware error; it could be:

- The chip of a cartridge is positioned incorrectly and is not recognized by the printer at once.
- Electronic board is faulty.

• Error ink cartridges are not installed properly (Error E5)

Unplug power and USB cable.
Open door and hold power button.
Connect power.
Close door, then release power button.

• How to Reset waste ink counte: 

Power off the printer.
While holding STOP/RESET button, power on the printer.
While holding POWER button, release STOP/RESET button.
Push STOP/RESET button twice and release the two buttons.
Wait about 20-30 second until the LED shows “0″.
Push STOP/RESET button four times.
Push POWER button twice.
