Solution:

• You have to connect the trailing cable at two ends.
• One in the back and one to the printhead. 
• Before reconnecting, check the ends on the cable as sometimes the connection points get bent or damaged. 
• If that does not solve your issue: replace the cable (C7769-60305 or C7770-60274)
