Error C6000 is a fuser error.
Solution 1:
- Turn it off
- Wait 5 minutes
- Turn it on and the code will be clear.
Solution 2: reset the fuser
- First open top cover then turn on power.
- press system menu/counter
- arrow down to service
- press and hold start, # then enter keys
- arrow down to maintenance
- press enter
- arrow down to Sim 163
- press enter
- select execute
- press enter
- turn off power then back on
Solution 3:
- You need to replace the fuser
